NEXT WALK. Despite the website saying it is a past walk. Evening Walk

Whist we continue to enjoy the long summer days, it’s hard to believe we are nearing the end of our summer walk programme and our last evening walk on the 12th August This circular walk starts at the Dukeries Lodge in Edwinstowe.  NG21 9HS at 7pm. Just in time for a rare solar eclipse!

Park in the pub car park. The highlight of the walk is the ascent of the old Thoresby Pit tip, now a beautiful nature reserve and known as Thoresby Vale. There are extensive views from the top. The walk is approx. 5 miles and we should finish back at the Dukeries about 9pm, for a well earned drink.

There is no need to book or be a club member. Come along and enjoy a lovely evening walk. Free event.
