Staffordshire offers some delightful walks through moorlands, hills, and woodlands, and of course, the Peak District. It includes areas of outstanding natural beauty such as Cannock Chase and several heritage sites. As a walking club who regularly visit Staffordshire, we'd recommend any of the following rambles.
Our walk begins in the pretty town of Melbourne, in South Derbyshire and proceeds to Ashby-de-la-Zouch via Breedon and Staunton Harold Hall. The distance is approximately 10 miles.
