Grasmere Independent Hostel

Friday April 30 to Monday 3 May 2010 (3 nights accommodation)

Peak District hostelOur first club Bank Holiday weekend of the new decade. This well appointed hostel has been booked for our clubs exclusive use. It is situated on the western edge of Grasmere village, 300 yards from a pub. All bedding provided, kitchen and lounge available. Grasmere is an excellent walking centre with easily accessible easy or difficult walks

The total cost of this holiday is £64.

Castle Acre NorfolkSelf catering accommodation in a converted former pub (Vegetarian meals can be purchased from the owner). The club has exclusive use of this comfortable accommodation. The village of Castle Acre (pictured right) is 4 miles north of Swaffham on the A47.

There is good local walking and it is within easy reach of the beautiful North Norfolk coast and the Peddars Way. The village has a shop, two pubs and a tearoom. To reserve your place a non returnable deposit of £20 is required please. Own transport needed to get to this location but sharing arrangements usually an option.

The 1912 Centre, Harwich Essex
Friday 29 April to Monday 2 May 2011 (3 nights accommodation)

Rambling accommodation EssexSelf catering hostel accomodation. The club has exclusive use of the hostel. The 1912 centre used to be the town's fire station and now provides high standard group accomodation. It is located in the historic old part of the town, just 50 yards from the promenade and harbour. It is close to the Essex / Suffolk border and within easy reach of attractive walking areas including the Stour Valley and Dedham Vale (John Constable country). To reserve your place a non returnable deposit of £20 required please.
