On Sunday (12th) the Sutton Rambling Club will be making their annual trip to the the North Yorkshire coast.There will be a choice of two walks both starting at Ravenscar and finishing at Scarborough. The main ramble will be a distance of 10 miles,with a shorter easier 9 mile alternative route. There will be plenty of time to enjoy the spectacular coastline and view all the seabirds. Do bring binoculars.

Both walks will start from Ravenscar and head south mainly following the Cleveland Way coast path. There will be refreshment stops at Hayburn Wyke and Cloughton Railway Station cafe en route.The coach will depart home from Scarborough at 6.00pm.

We continue to welcome new members who can be guaranteed healthy exercise,attractive scenery and friendly company.PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MORNING COACH DEPARTURE TIMES ARE AN HOUR EATRLIER THAN USUAL . The McEewns coach leaves the "Staff Of Life" pub on Hack Lane in Sutton-in-Ashfield at 8.15am and the Bancroft Lane end,Stockwell Gate(near the Netto supermarket) in Mansfield at 8.30am.There are other pick up points en route. The coach fare is £10,accompanied juniors free.THIS POPULAR TRIP IS NEARLY FULL SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU BOOK WITH THE ORGANISERS IN ADVANCE.
